Artwork Specifications:
A digital .eps file (vector based file) is required. All colors must be black, or spot color.

Acceptable artwork applications:
- Adobe Illustrator (Mac / PC) in any version.
- Corel Draw (Mac / PC): Create curves for all images and fonts. Save file in Adobe Illustrator format.
- Macromedia Freehand (Mac only): Save as Adobe Illustrator file (.ai file).
- PDF's are acceptable if created in vector format, and fonts are converted to curves before saving to PDF format.
How to prepare your artwork:
- Please convert all type to outlines, or provide any needed fonts.
- Please submit artwork close to the actual final imprint size.
- Please compress art files using either Stuffit or Winzip before sending.
Office programs (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, etc.) are not graphics programs and cannot produce acceptable files. We can often alter these files however to meet requirements, but a delay in production schedules may occur in addition to incurring art department charges. Any art files created by us will also be provided to you for your future use and records.

Our professionally staffed fully in-house art department is available at the rate of $35/half hour for any work to make existing electronic files usable. Please note there is no guarantee that submitted files will be able to be made usable. We will always advise upon inspection.
Halftones:
Halftones (photographic appearing images) are not accepted for laser engravings or screened imprints.
